The Apocalypse of Grain and Wheat

director: Anastase Liaros
Wheat is one of the most modified agricultural crops by agronomic progress.
Director Anastase Liaros alongside Corine Bodmer leads us through a fascinating journey mixing personal thoughts and collective challenges to rehabilitate the know-how of one of the oldest professions in the world: milling.
Her journey takes us from Greece to Switzerland, to meet nutritionists, bakers, restaurateurs and manufacturers. While our relationship to nutrition has changed in the last 50 years, her story opens up a reflection on the possibilities for everyone to think about healthier food in his/her own ecosystem.
